Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for US-based contract workers, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, and external partners to facilitate timely and accurate onboarding.
- Conduct orientation sessions (virtual or in-person) to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and tools.
- Maintain and update onboarding records, databases, and tracking systems with meticulous accuracy.
- Address and resolve onboarding-related inquiries from new hires and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to US labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new employees, fostering a welcoming and supportive first impression.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR onboarding, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably with US-based workforce exposure.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws, compliance requirements, and onboarding best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, or onboarding software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
