Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business growth and employee satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Collaborate with finance teams to forecast HR budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, health/safety standards, and internal policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and drive cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of HR or equivalent in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and labor law (Indonesian regulations preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams while managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Experience in developing HR strategies that support business scalability and cultural alignment.
- Administrative Acumen: Hands-on experience in office administration, facilities management, or operational logistics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or other HR software tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Masterâs or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
