Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals for the APJ region.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture programs.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational change and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across multiple countries.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Foster a positive employee experience through engagement and well-being programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a regional APJ role.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in APJ markets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
