Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across Bali
- Manage comprehensive payroll systems and ensure accurate, timely compensation for all employees
- Develop and maintain positive employee and industrial relations, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment
- Oversee General Affairs functions including office administration, facilities management, and workplace safety
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local regulations and company objectives
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Provide strategic HR insights to senior management and contribute to business decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar Human Capital Executive role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in consulting or professional services is a plus
