Responsibility
- Lead and manage employee experience projects for clients across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Develop and implement engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design wellness programs, recognition systems, and career development frameworks.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing employee experience.
- Provide strategic consulting to clients on organizational culture, change management, and leadership development.
- Oversee the execution of regional HR initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations based on industry benchmarks.
- Stay abreast of global HR trends and innovate solutions tailored to the unique needs of Asian workforces.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR consulting, employee experience, or organizational development, preferably in a multinational or regional role.
- Proven track record in managing client projects, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of employee engagement methodologies, survey tools, and data analytics (e.g., Qualtrics, Workday, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian labor markets and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are beneficial.
