Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the right talent is hired efficiently.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company objectives to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic HR plans to support business expansion.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as HRDF, SHRM, or CIPD are a plus.
