Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Design engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, ensuring high participation and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals and talent development strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development to drive innovation.
- Manage the L&D budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact training solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
