Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
