Responsibility
- Compile, analyze, and present HR data using Power Query and Excel to support workforce planning and reporting.
- Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for HR metrics, trends, and leadership updates.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management with high accuracy.
- Coordinate office logistics, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment processes by tracking candidate data, scheduling interviews, and maintaining ATS records.
- Generate ad-hoc HR reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, data analysis, or reporting (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint, and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling confidential HR data.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
