Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Support HR administration tasks, including leave management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and company events.
- Help manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital media updates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
