Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech talent.
- Leverage various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to foster long-term engagement.
- Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to enhance ByteDance's employer brand.
- Provide regular reports and analytics on sourcing activities and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the tech talent landscape and current hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods.
