Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and virtual) tailored to employee development needs and organizational goals.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions on topics such as leadership, technical skills, and soft skills.
- Develop e-learning modules, training manuals, and other digital resources to support scalable learning initiatives.
- Mentor and guide employees through individual development plans (IDPs) to foster career growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in L&D to ensure innovative training approaches.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination (if applicable), and participant engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or instructional design.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences (e.g., leadership, technical, or soft skills).
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and digital training tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for people development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Certifications in training (e.g., ATD, CIPD, or similar) or instructional design are a plus.
