Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Design and deliver HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a fair work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and promote leadership growth.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
