Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment platforms and networking strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
- Represent IBEX Global Solutions at career fairs and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Bali’s job market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
