Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the company.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development opportunities to enhance team performance and retention.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency, to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with remote or hybrid work models and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
