Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support the HR team in implementing performance management processes and employee feedback initiatives.
- Conduct research and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
