Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
