Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment pipelines.
  • Design, negotiate, and execute employment contracts and agreements in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity across the organization.
  • Conduct HR analytics and reporting to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR procedures, including payroll, benefits, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR business partnering.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
