Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and local labor laws.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor workplace morale and identify trends or areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation related to employee relations cases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or a similar function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
