Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and local labor laws.
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Monitor workplace morale and identify trends or areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation related to employee relations cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or a similar function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
