Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the beauty and wellness sector, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, reduce turnover, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and align individual goals with company objectives.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, while updating HR frameworks to support business needs.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D programs to upskill employees, particularly in service excellence and industry-specific standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce allocation across multiple locations.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee relations issues professionally, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with spa, salon, or wellness center operations is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and senior management.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) or data-driven decision-making.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in multicultural environments, with a deep understanding of local labor regulations in Indonesia.
