Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with local labor laws.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and career development programs.
- Handle general affairs, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, labor law compliance, and general affairs management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with high attention to detail.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR accreditations are advantageous.
