Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for cruise line positions (e.g., hospitality, entertainment, technical, and medical roles).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for high-volume recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with cruise line clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct reference checks and verify credentials to ensure candidate suitability.
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes for successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, visa regulations, and maritime employment standards.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to manage candidate databases efficiently.
- Provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hospitality staffing.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring or international placements (cruise/ship industry is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Familiarity with maritime employment regulations and STCW certification requirements.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for the travel/hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
