Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, and compliance forms.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace matters.
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
