Responsibility
- Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all documentation and training materials are prepared and distributed.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance review cycles.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
- Liaise with hiring managers to gather feedback, track hiring progress, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or general office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
