Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct in-depth interviews, assess qualifications, and provide career guidance to candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise clients effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales Acumen: Target-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
