Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Manage performance appraisals, career development plans, and employee relations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts with discretion and fairness, promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or fast-paced industries.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- People-oriented mindset with a passion for building and nurturing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
