Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Support HR team in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and generating HR reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or ATS is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
