Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Optimize school operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and operations, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
