Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions across all departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, draft compelling job descriptions, and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork and training.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics using HR software.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment initiatives to expand our talent pool.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
