Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of contracts, orientation materials, and exit interviews.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave requests, and other welfare programs.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
