Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions, ensuring high engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
- Support the implementation of organizational development initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making data-driven improvements.
- Maintain and update learning materials, ensuring they are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning and development strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track participation, progress, and completion of training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in L&D.
