Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and payroll documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and exit interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably in an MNC or international setting.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local payroll systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in recruitment and administrative HR tasks is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
