Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences through clear communication.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a problem-solving attitude.
