Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview top IT talent for global clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
