Based in the beautiful locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values creativity, growth, and well-being.
Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and cultural events.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
