Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage relationships with government labor offices, HR vendors, and benefits brokers to streamline processes.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems to enhance data management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure seamless payroll tax filings and audits.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in payroll administration, tax compliance, and HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
