Responsibility
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles across our Bali-based clinics.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and employment eligibility assessments.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
