Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone, email, or video calls to evaluate fit for open roles.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, collecting documents, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as career fairs or virtual hiring sessions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training will be provided!
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a mid-shift schedule (specific hours to be discussed).
- Basic understanding of HR principles is a plus but not mandatory.
