Responsibility
- Develop and implement organization development strategies to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and future growth needs.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including surveys, recognition schemes, and culture-building activities.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify training and development needs and deliver targeted solutions.
- Analyze organizational data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformations and restructuring.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in OD and HR to ensure competitive and innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing OD frameworks, performance systems, and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS, workforce analytics tools, and other relevant software.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or OD are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
