Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various client roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and opportunities
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and sales goals
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
