Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of organizational structures, job scopes, and descriptions to ensure alignment with business processes and strategic goals.
- Design and implement scalable organizational frameworks that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and agility.
- Partner with HR and department heads to identify gaps in workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions, role matrices, and competency models.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during structural or process adjustments.
- Analyze business needs and recommend improvements to organizational design, including span of control and reporting lines.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark against best practices to ensure competitive organizational strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate OD recommendations and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Business Partnering, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in organizational design, job analysis, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and organizational diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Certifications in OD, HR, or Change Management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
