Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data analytics to improve hiring metrics
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance PSG Global Solutions' reputation as an employer of choice
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities in Bali and across Indonesia
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a results-driven mindset
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or recruitment (e.g., AIRS) is highly desirable
