Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver best-in-class recruitment, payroll, training, and HRIS solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage payroll operations, compliance, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Optimize HRIS and digital tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while driving HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager/Director).
- Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, training, and HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms) and digital HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
