Based in one of Bali’s dynamic hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless HR operations. Responsibility
- Assist in pre-onboarding processes, including document verification, background checks, and offer letter preparation.
- Support new hire onboarding by coordinating orientation sessions, distributing welcome kits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee data in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process in-service requests, such as leave applications, benefits enrollment, and employee status changes.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, final settlements, and system access revocations.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and departments to address HR-related inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to track key metrics like turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or shared services (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and healthcare industry standards is a plus.
