Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave management, and employee databases.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
