Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding for educators, coaches, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of employees in early childhood education, sports coaching, and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff development and career growth.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards in all HR-related activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with center managers to identify staffing needs and address any HR-related challenges promptly.
- Organize workshops and seminars on child development, safety protocols, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or training, preferably in the education or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for adults.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
