Responsibility
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, supply ordering, and maintaining office equipment.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
