Responsibility
- Assist in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct initial investigations into employee grievances and escalate issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
