Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for retail and start-up roles.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a productive and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations in Indonesia.
- Lead general affairs operations, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize HR processes, policies, and systems for scalability.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in retail, apparel, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in start-up environments or fast-growing companies is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic setting.
