Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for operational and administrative roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Streamline administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and document control.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing levels for peak efficiency.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, hiring costs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or catering industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and labor law compliance (Indonesian regulations a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and best practices in employee development.
